Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard worldwide delivery takes between 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your order at any time.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch please contact us at support@glowraskin.com and we will investigate immediately. If the order is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Glowra Skin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error contact us immediately at support@glowraskin.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
