We believe in Glowra Skin completely. If you are not satisfied with your results for any reason, we offer a full 60-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Contact us at support@glowraskin.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product in its original condition. Once reviewed and approved we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition as received
- The 60-day guarantee applies to your first order of each product
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us immediately and we will send a replacement at no cost
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item we will resolve it immediately.
Processing time
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
